Valentine's Day was a good opportunity to connect with consumers for all brands. As a technologhy brand, Huawei Turkey wanted to strengthen its bond with Turkish consumers by making a video for Valentine’s Day.
We wanted to differentiate from the stereotypes of Valentine's Day communications. We are a phone brand which people always kept our product at their hands and recorded their stories. That's why we went on to create an emotional connection with our consumers by telling a different love story. We dug deep to the core essence of “love“on Valentine's Day rather than 14th February communications made through promotions or love in conventional senses.
Voice of streets Erkan Şahin is a philanthropist who dedicated his whole life to street animals. We put the story of Erkan Şahin, who reminded us of true love, and placed it at the center of our Valentine's Day communication. And, we have prepared the online film using the Huawei Mate 10 Pro mobile phone. In the film, Erkan Şahin tells this story of pure love in his own voice. We published our movie at Huawei Turkey's social media accounts and Youtube.
